Portland Shellfish Inc. is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor in Portland, Maine. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Microbiology or a related field, and HACCP certification with experience in ready-to-eat frozen foods preferred.
